Fast on a phone, on mobile data
The whole page under a few hundred kilobytes, images sized properly, no framework shipped to a visitor who only needs to read.
CASE STUDY
Example buildWebsiteA fast, mobile-first site that turns visitors into enquiries — and that you can edit yourself.
This is an example build. HumansOfCoding is a new studio with no client work to show yet. This page describes how the project would be scoped and built — the same thinking you would get on a real one. Nothing here is a past client, and no number on this page is a result.
THE SITUATION
A local business has a website built years ago on a page builder. It is slow, it looks wrong on a phone, and it produces almost no enquiries. Most of its visitors arrive from Instagram, look at it on mobile data, and leave before it finishes loading.
This is the cheapest project on this list and often the highest return, because the traffic already exists. The work is in speed, in saying one clear thing, and in making the next step obvious.
VERSION ONE
Every item here earns its place by being something a real user would miss on day one.
The whole page under a few hundred kilobytes, images sized properly, no framework shipped to a visitor who only needs to read.
What you do, who for, and what to click. Most small-business sites fail at this before they fail at anything technical.
A short form plus a WhatsApp and call button, with each enquiry landing somewhere someone actually looks.
Real HTML, correct headings, a sitemap, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site.
The handful of things that change — hours, prices, photos, offers — editable without a developer.
DELIBERATELY NOT IN V1
Not because these are bad ideas. Because each one is designed better once the first version has told you something.
UNDER THE HOOD
HOW IT RUNS
What the site has to say, and to whom. Copy first, design after — the other order produces pretty nonsense.
Design and build.
Content, Google setup, and live.
BEFORE YOU START
A website only earns its keep if the enquiries reach someone. Decide before launch who answers them and how fast — that decision affects the results more than any design choice here.
MVPs start at ₹20,000*. Final pricing depends on features and project scope. Third-party costs — cloud hosting, domains, external libraries, APIs, app-store fees and any other paid service — are billed separately and are not included.
